The Community College of Aurora is proud to share that (CCA) alumna, and recruiter Cassandra Vargas Rascon as the new recipient of MSU Denver’s Reisher Scholarship. This scholarship supports Colorado students who demonstrate academic and leadership potential as undergraduates and who are midway through their degree program. The program will award her a full-ride scholarship during her time at MSU Denver. “I couldn’t have done this without my start at CCA, which gave me the confidence and opportunity to apply for this scholarship,” Rascon said. During her time at CCA, she was also the recipient of the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative at CCA.
