What are my payment options?
Pay your bill online
It is important to pay your tuition on time to avoid a hold on your account preventing registration. If you plan to use your Financial Aid you must verify that your FAFSA has been fully processed; this can take 6-8 weeks from when CCA receives your FAFSA. The best way to verify that your financial aid has been received is to check your CCA student email account for an award letter from CCA. If you have not received an award letter you will need to consider other payment options until your Financial Aid is fully awarded.
Pay in Person
To pay your tuition in full, visit the Cashier’s Office on the CentreTech or Lowry campus. You can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, money order, check or cash. Make sure to submit payment before the census date to avoid a hold on your account preventing registration. Please make money orders and checks payable to the Community College of Aurora.
Request an individual appointment
Students must make individual appointments at the Lowry campus during these hours:
Monday: 8 am-12 pm
Wednesday: 1 pm-5pm
Third Party Payment
Veterans bill, employer benefits
The third-party direct billing option is available to students whose employer, embassy, or other sponsoring agency – including the military – agrees to pay charges directly to the college on the student’s behalf. Under this billing option, the Cashier’s Office invoices the third-party directly. Charges not covered by the third-party under the form must be paid by the student and are due by the census date.
Set up a Payment Plan
Do you need help paying your tuition? You can set up a payment plan that allows you to pay your tuition over the span of the semester. Payment plans are available for all students in the MyCCA portal. Use of a payment plan includes an enrollment fee, currently $33.00 per semester and subject to change. Make a partial payment up front and subsequent payments later. The earlier you set up the payment plan the less you have to put down to set up the plan. To sign up for a payment plan log on to MyCCA and click the “Student Finance” tab. Under payment options, select “NBS Payment Plan.” When setting up your payment plan the system will take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and check. The payment plan is offered by eCashier – Nelnet Business Solutions (NBS).
Set up an Account For Refund
Any funding you receive will go toward the cost of your balance first, and if you receive more funds than the cost of your bill, you will receive a refund that you can use for books, supplies, or any other educational related expense. But in order to receive that refund, you must select a preference of how you will receive the refund. You can get a check mailed to your address on file, you can set up direct deposit with your own bank, or you can set up an account with BankMobile to receive a debit card. Please visit the BankMobile Selection Site. If you have not yet received your personal code, please select “Need a Code?” and enter your information.
View our third-party servicer contract for refund management.
