Alumni In Action

For Ruby Martinez Gomez, CCA was a launching point — in more ways than one. At CCA, Ruby participated in the Colorado Space Grant Consortium, gaining hands-on engineering experience that included launching a rocket into space. Ruby continued her education at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied integrated design engineering. Today, she puts that education and experience to work as a transmission line engineer with Qualis LLC. Ruby’s journey shows how the opportunities students discover at CCA can help launch careers and open doors to what comes next.
