Cybersecurity AAS
With this AAS degree, students will gain expertise in information assurance, security, digital forensics, risk management, and security architecture, and serve as specialists in information data, data warehousing and security management, IT project managers and network architects and administrators. With the increasing complexity of cyberattacks, there is a growing national and local demand for cybersecurity specialists. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment in this field is projected to grow by 32% between 2022-2032 with salaries well above the national median. Upon successful completion of the program, students will also be prepared for widely recognized industry certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, Security+, and CySA+, ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner and the Certified Ethical Hacker industry certification.
