Aurora, Colo. – The Community College of Aurora Foundation (CCAF) has promoted longtime staff member Britt Davis to Director of Scholarships & Operations, strengthening the Foundation’s leadership team as it continues expanding scholarship opportunities and philanthropic support for Community College of Aurora (CCA) students. Davis is stepping into a more strategic role in growing the size of CCAF’s scholarship impact and leading operations alongside Katlynn Del Dotto, the new Executive Director. After serving the Foundation for more than three years as its Scholarship and Donor Impact Coordinator, Davis is also taking a stronger role in managing the Foundation’s finances.
Britt’s dedication to our students is evident in everything she does,
said Del Dotto. Through her leadership, our scholarship program has grown to award more than $1 million annually and supports more students than ever before. Combined with her experience in higher education financial aid, she is exceptionally well-suited for this role. I am thrilled to continue working alongside Britt as she takes on this well-deserved promotion.
Having worked together for several years under the former Executive Director, Davis and Del Dotto bring institutional knowledge, strong donor relationships and a shared commitment to expanding opportunities for CCA students.

Davis brings more than a decade of financial aid and higher education experience, having previously served at the University of Kansas, the University of Kansas Medical Center, and Regis Jesuit High School before joining the Foundation in 2023.

said Davis. While I’ll continue keeping up with the same responsibilities I had before, I am excited to step into a leadership position and work alongside Katlynn in her new role as Executive Director of the Foundation. Student access and affordability have always been my passion, and I couldn’t imagine doing that work with anyone else other than the stellar team I have right now.
As the Foundation enters its next chapter, Davis’ promotion reflects CCAF’s continued investment in experienced leadership dedicated to expanding educational opportunity. Together, Davis and Del Dotto will help advance the Foundation’s mission of increasing scholarship support, strengthening donor partnerships, and ensuring more students have access to the resources they need to succeed at the Community College of Aurora.
