Who is considered an International Student?

International students are considered current or aspiring non-immigrant F-1 Visa holders. All other visa holders are not considered international students.

Application Deadlines

The application and approval process can take up to 6 months for first-time applications and approximately 30 days for transfer applications. We will not issue the Certificate of Eligibility Form I-20, after the deadlines below:

Degree Programs

Student who intend to transfer to a four-year university are recommended to pursue an Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree.

Students who do not intend to transfer to a four-year university, can choose to pursue an AAS degree. AAS degrees are designed to prepare students for entry-level employment or for upgrading/stabilizing employment. International students can choose to pursue a certificate program, in addition to pursuing their Associate degree.

Estimated Cost of Tuition and Living Expenses

The following expenses are based on Fall and Spring semesters with 12 credit hours per semester. F-1 Visa students are classified as Non-Resident for tuition purposes.

  • Total Educational Expenses $18,500
  • Total Living Expenses Estimate $18,150
  • Total Educational and Living Expenses $36,650

*Additional documentation of $4,000 for a spouse and $2,500 for each child is required if the spouse/child(ren) will join the student in the US.

**Medical insurance costs are determined by student age. The actual amount may vary.
