1. Newly Accepted Students
Know your student ID and password
To log in to MyCCA, you will need:
- Student ID number
- Temporary password, using your birthdate in this format: StudentMMDDYYY (Example: If your birthday is Feb. 14, 1999, your password is Student02141999
Complete orientation
Click here to register for an in-person orientation.
Complete online orientation by searching “orientation” here in MyCCA.

Apply for financial aid and scholarships
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using school code 016058

2. Academic Readiness
Submit your transcripts or determine course placement by completing one of the following:
- Send your official high school transcripts or ACT/SAP/AP scores from within the last three years) to [email protected]
- Complete CCA’s free English and math self assessments.
- Schedule and take the Accuplacer Placement Test.

Meet with an academic advisor at the CentreTech campus to discuss your academic program and create your own schedule.
Walk-in help is available in January, July, and August: Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. –5:15 p.m. and Friday: 8A a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Order your student ID to your address or pick it up from the welcome center at the CentreTech campus

Register your vehicle to park on campus at the CentreTech campus welcome center
Order textbooks from the CCA Ecampus Bookstore
Check your CCA email frequently for official communications
