Cindy has spent all 30 years of her human resource leadership career serving the Colorado Community College System and has served for the last 15 with the Community College of Aurora. According to Cindy, the Human Resource role at CCA is to ensure that the college hires and retains the best employees, who have the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to serve our students and one another with excellence so that the college can achieve it’s mission and vision. Her experience encompasses all phases of human resources, including critical areas such as: talent acquisition with a specialty in executive level recruitment; providing consulting services to college leadership to ensure the college is utilizing best practices in human resource leadership; and an expertise in federal and state legal aspects of compliance within human resource management.
