Cadet Program

Serve the Aurora Community With a Rewarding Career!

The Cadet Program provides a place for students to begin fulfilling careers in law enforcement. Civic-minded students who want to serve the Aurora community can earn an associate degree, and a two-year apprenticeship with the Aurora Police Department. After graduating with an associate degree, students in the Cadet Program will commit to three years of employment with the Aurora Police Department in a role that best fits their career goals. After fulfilling this commitment, students will have the cost of their schooling covered.
