Attend a career fair.

To prepare our adult students for job interviews, we host career fairs once a month that allow our students to practice speaking with real employers. Oftentimes, the employers who attend these job fairs hire qualified students who they meet at these events.

Be a guest speaker.

Each week, we invite leaders in the industry to give a career talk to our students. This is an opportunity for the speakers to share their personal stories and to recruit talented workers.

Host a Pop-Up Bootcamp.

In the summer, we invite partners to host training on their real job site. At these Pop-Up Bootcamps, you provide the work site, our instructors provide the curriculum, and our students learn the skills. Ideal locations for these include home-build lots, parking lots, gravel lots, and open outdoor areas.
