Clair E. Collins will serve as the Community College of Aurora’s Vice President of Enrollment Success & Completion, effective July 1, 2025.
Since joining CCA in October 2022, Clair has been instrumental in leading the college to record-breaking enrollment, helping CCA rebound from the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and ushering in a new era of growth and momentum.
With a strong background in enrollment strategy, financial aid models, software implementation, curriculum development, and accreditation, Clair brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to student access and success. Her previous work includes launching medical schools in underserved areas, where she played pivotal roles in enrollment, accreditation, and curriculum design.
Clair is passionate about building systems and structures that ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed at CCA. Her leadership will be vital as we continue to strengthen enrollment pathways and support student completion.
