Clair E. Collins, VP of Enrollment Management at the Community College of Aurora, has been a driving force in leading the institution to record-breaking enrollment since joining in October 2022, bringing CCA out of the enrollment slump experienced during the challenges of the 2020 COVID pandemic. With a strong background in enrollment strategy, financial aid models, software implementations, curriculum development, and accreditation visits, she brings well-rounded experience to her role. Clair has a background in launching medical schools in underserved areas and played key roles in enrollment, accreditation, and curriculum mapping. She looks forward to putting practices and processes in place so that CCA can truly be the college where every student can succeed.
