Study Habits Workshop

Studying doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or frustrating. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how your brain actually learns and how to work with it instead of against it. We’ll share practical strategies you can use right away to build better study habits, manage procrastination, and support your brain through stress. Topics include: how the brain learns, memory, procrastination, study strategies, and self-care.

All majors are welcome! Seating is limited and spots will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
