Workshops
Polish your skills, improve your understanding of technology, and get learning and success tips by attending interactive workshops led by trained facilitators. Students can also use Student Lingo to get instant online access to a broad range of interactive on-demand workshops, action plans, and valuable resources to help you achieve your academic, personal, and career goals.

Supplemental Instruction (SI)
Join weekly SI sessions to help you succeed in your courses! These are group study sessions planned by an Academic Success Coordinator and SI Leader. The sessions are led by an SI Leader (a student who has already demonstrated success in the course) to give students an opportunity outside of the classroom to ask questions and better understand course content in a relaxed and engaging setting.
Some of the courses with SI are English Composition I, College Algebra, and College Biology I. Check your course’s D2L page to view session times and locations. Students who regularly attend SI sessions typically score a half to a full letter grade higher than those who don’t.
Computer Labs and Study Space
Computer access, printers, and study space are available for student use. Plus, we offer one-on-one assistance with D2L, Microsoft Word, and other basic computer questions.

Available for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and many other science courses. No appointment necessary.
Computer Science
Available for students enrolled in CSC 1019, CSC 1060, CIS 1015, and CIS 1018. No appointment necessary.
ESL (English as a Second Language)
Available for students enrolled in ESL courses, College Prep ESL, Community ESL, and ENG 1021 and 1022. No appointment necessary.
