Open Entry Online/Hybrid Courses
Fall 2009
Registration available June 30 to November 2

Open entry courses are available to new students during and between semesters, allowing you to get started now, rather than waiting until the next set of classes begin.

When you register for these open entry courses, you must select the fall semester in the registration system (My Community Ed). If you then select one of the below classes, you will be prompted to choose your own start date. The appropriate end-date will be calculated based on that. At that point, you are bound by the dates you selected, and may earn an "F" if you do not complete the course by the end date. You can change your start date in advance by contacting enrollment services. 

Open entry courses have their own drop and withdrawal deadlines based on the start date you selected and the length of the course. Contact Enrollment Services for the drop/withdraw deadlines specific to your start date. For full 15 week open entry classes only, these rules apply:
Drop deadline (Last day to drop for refund): 14 days after your selected start date.
Withdrawal deadline (Last day to withdraw with a "w" grade): 84 days after your selected start date.

These are online and hybrid classes, conducted over the internet or with a strong online component.
